**Duties Include:**
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain client computer systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues both in-person and remotely.
- Respond promptly to tickets and calls.
- Update client documentation as needed.
- Log time entries into tickets with detailed notes.
- Adhere to and uphold quality procedures and measures.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians.
- Contribute to the establishment of best practices.

 

**Requirements:**
- Comprehensive knowledge of System networks, VLans, Switching, and Routing.
- Expertise in Servers and Domain setups.
- Basic familiarity with IT security, HIPPA/NIST/WISP best practices.
- Commitment to a 40-hour workweek, 8am-5PM (Mon-Fri), including occasional weekends and after-hours.
- Valid CA Driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
- Capability to lift over 50 lbs safely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven troubleshooting and critical thinking capabilities.
- Ambition for personal and professional growth.
- Must pass drug and background checks.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Training position starts at $26/hour.
- Network Technician Level 1 at $28/hour with requisite certifications.
